AS A PRODUCER

Working in documentary, narrative short and feature films, Oreka’s producing practice is rooted in British-Nigerian storytelling and international co-production.

Her recent credits include the BFI Doc Society funded Ajamu X, Holding the Frame. Delivered to full BFI compliance, including BFI Diversity Standards, ALBERT certification and AVEC preparation.

She is currently producing The House That Itiafa Built, which selected for the inaugural BFI Matchmakers Global South Lab 2026 as named in Screen International. The project is in active development through Eregbaro Ltd in partnership with DreamCoat Films.

Additional producing credits: Ondas de Silêncio (dir. Caio J. Bonfim), Moments Like These (dir. Giacomo Gex), and audio drama Touched (dir. Joseph a. Adesunloye). She holds an Associate Producer credit on Vanilla (dir. Joseph a. Adesunloye), selected for Locarno Pro 2023.

Oreka is ALBERT-certified across Short Film, Unscripted Television and Feature Film production. She is a mentor to emerging Black and Global Majority creatives.
